The health and safety of youth is the most critical component of our work. A crisis, especially involving a child, can be a youth development professional’s worst nightmare. Unfortunately, it happens every day. It is up to organizational leaders to protect, plan, and mitigate risk. In this session you’ll learn how to identify warning signs of youth exploitation and key strategies you can use to prevent, prepare, and respond to crises involving youth.
