Session Description
The session presents ways to increase your impact by building local networks and multi-sector strategic alliances. The creation and capitalization of alliances and local collaborative work networks make local actors more efficient and improve the effectiveness of each one’s resources and the impact they generate. The session explores several cases in Mexico in which this methodology is in use, and the current results generated.
